At Decal Whiz, we’re committed to getting your decals to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find all the details on how we handle shipping and delivery.

Processing Times

All of our decals are made to order to ensure top quality. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process and prepare your order before shipping.

Shipping Method

We use USPS Ground Advantage for all orders. This method provides reliable tracking and typically delivers within 3–5 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders over $15
• Orders under $15 will have a small flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns on any orders, but we do offer full refunds + a reshipment of any order depending on certain circumstances.
